…in Hong Kong, after the business headquarters had relocated from Europe to Asia. The former parent company in Germany was founded in 1978 and still continues to function as a distribution center.

The Business:

Design, development and manufacturing, as well as distribution in Europe and retail business for its own sportswear brand "IGUANA".

Design, development and manufacturing for major key account customers and their SMU brands.

- Outdoor: Jackets, Pants, Shirts, Shorts, Soft-Shell
- Beachwear: Jackets, T-Shirts, Shorts, Headwear
- Fitness/Wellness: Tops and Bottoms
- Fashion: Sports Jackets, Pants, Shirts, T-Shirts, Blouses, Sweater, Accessories
- Extreme Animals: Licensed Sweats, T-Shirts, Accessories

Size and Direction:

1. Currently the Company exports 3 Mio garments per year. They are produced in three company owned factory units in Indonesia and five factory units in Myanmar, with about 8000 Employees worldwide.

2. The commercial and financial centre of the group is established in Hong Kong.

3. RND and Design is carried out in Indonesia.

4. Merchandising, sampling, material purchasing and supply chain control is followed up from the same location.

5. The central sales point for Asia is our Indonesian office. For Europe it is established in Germany with its daughter companies in Switzerland and Russia.

6. Retail is handled by the German office.

Trading Policy

The Company`s setup and nature of the business is offering a full service in design and development including sourcing. Therefore the company is not able to accept orders, where all materials are nominated and the client request CMT only.
